-Rinse: Rinsing is a beneficial technique that completes the cleaning job. Rinse your mouth at least once a day with an effective mouthwash, like antibacterial or fluoride mouthwash. Follow the instructions on the bottle and rinse after you’ve brushed and flossed your teeth.

-Visit your orthodontist: Keep up on your adjustments so you can have your smile professionally cleaned on a regular basis during the smile adjustment. These appointments will allow your orthodontist to make sure you are caring for your braces and your teeth.
